Due to ever-increasing costs of fuel, gas, elecrticity and products we offer
for sale we reluctantly find we have to increase some of our prices between 4% and 5%. We still offer the highest quality service at the lowest price. The list of services below shows you the services for which we do not charge that other providers do charge for.
Full Service Cremation
This allows for your pet's ashes to be collected and returned to you. You will receive a Certificate of Cremation verifying that your pet has been cremated individually and that the ashes you receive are only those of your pet.

What we do not charge you for- We do not charge extra for after-hours call-out - we operate 24/7, not 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays
- We do not charge extra mileage costs for outlying areas
- We do not charge extra for viewing your pet at the crematorium
- We do not charge extra for you to get your ashes back the next day - in fact that is our standard
You may choose to have your pet cremated in a casket. A range of caskets is available and you can see more about these on the Products page of this website. Our caskets are designed to be environmentally friendly and so contain no nails but are glued using water-based glues. For health reasons, all metal fittings are removed before cremation and given to you along with any collars and tags that your pet may have been wearing when it arrived at the cemetery.
Your pet's ashes will be returned to your home address in a sealed bag at no extra cost. You can order
a hand-crafted polished wooden container for the storage of your ashes or choose from our range of ceramic and pottery
urns specially designed and made for us by local craftspeople.

For those who wish simply to know that their pet has been treated with the respect and dignity it deserves we offer a simple cremation. Here, two or three animals enter the cremator in sequence so it is not possible to collect ashes for return to you.
The advantage of the simple cremation is the cost. Now everyone can afford what is probably the preferred option for their pet. The cost is only $66.00 regardless of the size or type of pet. Collection from your home or vet is included.
Many people do not realise that when the vet disposes of a dead pet it is collected by a council contractor and bulldozed into the landfill with the rubbish. For a little more than the contractor charges you can have your pet cremated with dignity and respect at Faithful Friends, giving you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your pets rest in peace.
